The game

Comet Lanes is free to download and play. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms. If the app is offered on Google Play, the same licence applies under Google Play's terms.

Stardust and comets

You earn stardust and unlock comets by playing. They have no cash value. You cannot buy them, sell them or exchange them for money. Progress is saved only on your device. If you delete the app or lose the device, we cannot restore it.

Fair use

Please do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its art, music or sound, except where the law allows it.

Content

All art, music, sound effects, levels and the name Comet Lanes are original to this game. Third-party open-source components are used under their licences.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above. For questions, use the support form.
